Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 5–7 business days. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination and customs.

Shipping costs and the available shipping methods for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Delays
Carriers can experience delays during busy periods such as the holidays. If your order is affected, we’ll keep you updated.

Address errors, lost or damaged packages

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
